He was a retired employee of the Weirton Steel Division coke plant, a member of Kings Creek Union Chapel Church, Weirton, and a World War II veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nelda L. Hutchison Greathouse, in 1964. Surviving are two sons, Clyde of Newtonville, Ontario, Canada. and Duncan of Weirton; two sisters, Priscilla Hutchison of Weirton, and Dealia Ater of Willeyville; five grandchildren Friends received at the Howell Funeral Home, 303 Pennsylvania Ave., Weirton, 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment in Moore Cemetery, Wileyville, where graveside services at 2 p.m. Saturday.
